Terms of use

1. The service

StrategaOS brings together the data of the sources you connect (advertising, web analytics, online store, email and CRM), organises it by client and provides reports, alerts, diagnoses and recommendations. It also lets you share reports with your clients.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate data and keep your password secret. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
• If you manage an organisation, you decide who joins it and with which role.

3. Connections to other platforms

• You may only connect accounts that belong to you or that you are authorised to manage, and you confirm you have that permission.
• StrategaOS reads the data of those accounts; it does not change campaigns, ads, budgets or any platform settings.
• You can disconnect a source at any time. When you do, the data that came from it is deleted, as explained in the privacy policy.
• The use of each platform remains subject to its own terms.

4. Acceptable use

• You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, to access other people's data without permission, to try to bypass its security measures or to overload it on purpose.
• You may not resell access to the service or copy it.

5. Analyses and recommendations

Analyses, diagnoses and recommendations are produced automatically from your data and are for guidance. Decisions about your accounts and your clients' accounts are yours, and we do not guarantee any specific result.

6. Your data

The data you connect and what you write remain yours. You allow us to process it only to provide the service, as set out in the privacy policy.

7. Price and credits

Some features use credits or require a paid plan. Before charging anything we will show you the price and the conditions. While the service is in testing, its use may be free and limited.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service running, but there may be interruptions for maintenance or third-party failures. We may improve or change features; if a change affects you significantly, we will let you know.

9. Intellectual property

The software, the StrategaOS brand and the design of the service belong to their owner. These terms grant you no rights over them beyond using the service.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for decisions made on the basis of the analyses, and our total liability is limited to what you have paid for the service in the last twelve months.

11. Leaving

You can stop using the service and delete your account or organisation whenever you want. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, with prior notice except in serious cases.
